SLD’s Zasagne (zucchini lasagne)

    You need

    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
    • 2 oz of chopped onions
    • 2 oz chopped celery
    • 2 lb ground beef 25% fat
    • 2 minced garlic cloves
    • 1/4 cup of red wine
    • 1 can (14 oz, 400 g) of chopped tomatoes
    • 2/3 cups heavy cream
    • 1teaspoon each of salt and ground black pepper
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 teaspoon guar gum powder
    • 1 zucchini (10 oz, 300 g)
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
