    You need

    • 2,2 lb (1 kg) of ground beef 25% fat
    • 3 oz (90 g) of minced onions
    • 5 oz (150 g) cubed or crumbled feta cheese
    • 4 (120 g) oz pit free black olives
    • 20 g (1 tablespoon) SLD’s breading
    • 1/4 cup almond flour
    • 2/3 cup heavy cream
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tablespoon psyllium powder
    • 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • Water (optional)
