Chili & garlic scampi with rouille (jumbo shrimp with saffron aioli)

    You need

    • 6 peeled jumbo shrimp (scampi) – 4 oz (115 g)
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
    • 1/2 clove minced garlic
    • A pinch of dried chili flakes or red pepper
    • 1/2 oz arugula
